On-Ramp

Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who comes to Degree Fitness Seaforth is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular Degree Fitness Seaforth Group Training classes. These On-Ramp sessions are taught by a qualified Coach. Sessions are booked at your convince between you and your Coach and can be done as One-on-One, Two-on-One or small group sessions.

On-Ramp sessions are kept to very small sizes to ensure one-on-one attention. As you work through your six consecutive sessions you will learn about the correct form for basic, functional movements, introduction to safe barbell technique and how to get the absolute best out of your classes. These sessions also allow your Coaches to get to know you, how you move, and give you the top notch service you expect from Degree Fitness. Add in a 30 or 60 minute Nutrition consultation to truly see the changes you want to see!

On-Ramp is the perfect place to ask questions, learn and get some great workouts in before transitioning into our regular classes or whichever program you and your coach think is the right fit for you!
