Our Story

The Happiest Place in Seaforth
Degree Fitness Seaforth is owned and operated by Kelly Miller (CrossFit L1 Trainer, CrossFit L1 Weightlifting Cert., 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher) located in Seaforth, Ontario. Our Team at Degree is dedicated to helping individuals find their fitness passion, and existing members push their limits. 

Kelly took ownership of Degree in December of 2019, after starting as a member, moving to a Coach Role, Head Coach, then Managerial position. It was a natural progression! We value hard work, kindness, humour and we never take ourselves too seriously at Degree. Safety (and fun!) come first.

Our programs focus on functional movement with Olympic Lifting, gymnastics, some cardio, and we'll throw in a burpee or two here and there. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, we want to help you make the most of it; anyone can get started, and they can start anywhere.

We offer personal training (online and in person), nutrition coaching (online and in person), Group Training Classes, 50+ Fitness Programs, Bootcamp classes, Teen Fitness and so much more. 

The needs of each individual vary by Degree, not kind!

Why Degree Fitness Seaforth?

Not only is this is Degree the cleanest, brightest, friendliest facility in Seaforth and the surrounding area; but we also have highly trained coaches to help you reach your goals, no matter what your goals are. We have a lot of fun here at Degree Fitness Seaforth, and we do what we do because we’ve been there. We’ve been the athlete who can’t further their progress, we’ve been the mom who has no energy, we’ve been overweight and tried everything… and then we found Degree Fitness.
  • Large, Clean Bright Facility, with lounge for pre or post workout.
  • All of the equipment that you need and none of what you don’t need. Everything from kettle bells, barbells, rowers, med balls, skipping ropes.
  • Plyoboxes, bench press, squat racks, gymnastics rings, and a large rig to practice body weight movements.
  • The open concept provides you and others lots of room to move and get your workout in. Most enjoy the group class workouts, but we also offer personal training, bootcamp, Yoga, 50+ fitness and teen training!
  • Certified Coaches are always present to give you the training and advice you need to succeed. Sophisticated scheduling and workout tracking software to track your progress- allowing you coaches to fine tune your workouts to make sure you are constantly improving and getting results.
