About

Sam grew up on a farm outside of Seaforth, Ontario and attended the University of Guelph, Ridgetown Campus where she completed her Agriculture Diploma before attending Olds College, in Olds, Alberta where she completed her Bachelor of Applied Science Agribusiness Degree. Sam currently works for Syngenta Canada Inc as a Territory Sales Representative!


Sam has always been active inside the gym and out. You'll find her playing Broomball and Curling in the winter, as well as Slo-Pitch. Noting that since starting at Degree and purusing her fitness journey, her sports performance continues to increase year after year! 


As a Group Training Coach, Sam looks forward to helping others get the most of their workouts and their life!
