Degree’s wide variety of Specialty Programs will give you what you need to get where you want to be!

If you are looking to improve a lift, work on gymnastics, build your cardio-endurance or try something new and fun, there is a Specialty Program for you! The programs/events are held outside of regular class times, and offer additional opportunities for members of the gym and community to take part in something new!

Yoga

Yoga runs on 4 or 6 week sessions throughout the year. 

Your Registered Yoga Teacher, Kelly, brings a fun and light atmosphere to your class. You'll be able to challenge yourself for those that have been practicing for a while, and those that are just starting their Yoga journey will benefit, too!

Railside Barbell Club

Our popular Railside Barbell Club focuses on the method of "Power Lifting" that is, you'll focus on strength building lifts such as the back squat, front squat, bench press and/or deadlift.

This program runs on a 4 - 6 week membership offered once to twice per year. It always fills and members see major strength gains!

Gymnastics

Gymnastics aren't just for gymnasts! Think of planks and push ups, handstands and headstands - it's all related!

Gymnastics 101 focuses on developing the foundations for the more technical skills, with the ability to challenge yourself no matter what level you're at. Learn to move safely so you avoid injury, and have a blast doing it!

This program runs 1-2 times per year on 4 or 6 week sessions.

Running Club

Are you looking to improve your running in WODs? Looking to run your first 5km? Just looking to get outside and do some running with a group? 

The biggest barrier to starting to run, or training for a race, is knowing where to start and sticking with it. With Degree Running Club, we’ll build up to your goals and stay consistent! No previous running experience is necessary; just bring yourself, some enthusiasm, and your running shoes!

Who: For anyone who wants to increase their run times, or simply start running for the first time!
