At Degree we always invite everyone in for a quick No Sweat Intro before recommending a program for them.
Why?
It's kind of like looking for a new car.
You want to explore your options, and make sure that what you choose to invest in actually meets what you're looking for!
Why buy a speedy Ferrari when you really need a SUV style to get the kids to and from sports?
The same goes for our fitness.
Perhaps buying the biggest, most expensive gym membership isn't actually what you need.
Maybe finding a plan that gets you to the gym once or twice a week, with added support for those in between days is exactly what you need.
This is what we learn about and decide at your No Sweat Intro!
This makes sure that when you're stopping into Degree to get started feeling your best we have covered all our bases. For example:

- How will we know when we're getting there?
- What is your schedule like?
- What is your budget?
- Do you have any current or past injuries or other experiences at other gyms that can help us make sure you get the best experience possible at Degree?
Some of these questions might seem funny to ask when starting a gym membership, but they are so important to make sure that what you are going to invest your time and money on actually fits your life and what you want.
