Loni lives on a farm with her family just outside Staffa with her husband and 2 busy kids ages 9 and 6 years of age.
Loni has been passionate about her own health and fitness journey for over 6 years and has continually been motivated to help others start their own journey. In 2019, Loni decided to enroll in the CanFit Professional Personal Training certification to keep in her back pocket to better her knowledge and eventually train others.
